Categories of membership

Regular member (CHF 95.-):
Individuals interested in earth sciences and promoting the Society’s goals. They receive the Swiss Journal of Geosciences free of charge.

Student Member (younger than 27 years; CHF 50.-):
To be eligible for student membership a person must be an enrolled student (full-time or part-time) attending a tertiary educational institution (UNI, UAS). They must provide a copy of their current student card ("Legi") or certification from their Head of Department. They receive the Swiss Journal of Geosciences free of charge.

Corporate Member or Institution:
Libraries, institutes, societies or companies are eligible. They receive the Swiss Journal of Geosciences free of charge.
